AN INTEGRATED APPROACH
FASCIA is the connective tissue between your muscles, bones, nerves and organs. It makes up your potential for movement.
Restoring fascial glide means enhancing function and proprioception achieving incredible results on your health.
This relieves tension, reduces pain, anxiety and fatigue, improves circulation, digestion and decompress neural tension.
I use a succession of fascia manipulation combined with movement analysis to restore a complete body function.
Delivering the most appropriate treatment beneficial to individual needs for optimal healing.
Changing a movement pattern can be a long and tiring process. I can't express more how necessary it is to have diversity in your movement program for a successful change to your habitual patterns. You can come to the office or do virtual movement sessions.
Myofascia release massage compliments my other treatments keeping tissues hydrated for maintenance & reduce fatigue. This is a great option if you have been through a series of sessions already or just passing through.
Incorporating 4 body work sessions with 3 follow up movement sessions in-between to track your progress. An initial 2 hour consultation involves a movement analysis, deep fascial release & a personalised re-education program.
This is a wonderful way to promote overall wellness, reduce stress for both mother & baby. I also provide core & pelvic floor rehabilitation treatments post birth, to recover & re-balance muscle tone & restore scared tissues.
