I am a bodyworker specialising in Rolfing® Structural Integration.
When I started working as a manual therapist in the year 2000, I wanted to pursue a holistic approach: a treatment of the whole person, taking into account mental and social factors, rather than just the symptoms.
My skills have evolved over the years through continuous education and personal development. Driven by the love for my work, I am constantly integrating new skills to find the best solutions to improve my clients’ health.
I am particularly interested in pain science education and neuromuscular research. In a pursuit of understanding the role of the brain when in pain, I deliver an effective treatment using sensory inputs that re-igniting the ‘sensory’ map, allowing for accurate movements and an understanding of a pain free system for an optimal healing process.
As an enthusiastic skier, climber, and paraglider I have traveled widely developing my bodywork skills and knowledge along the way. I have combined my passion for sports, having regularly worked with a diverse range of clients and often alongside professional rolfers, acupuncturists, nutritionists, osteopaths and physiotherapists in various places all over the world and now in Chamonix.
