I am a manual therapist specialising in Rolfing® Structural Integration.

When I started working in 2000, I wanted to pursue a holistic approach: a treatment of the whole person, taking into account mental and social factors with muscular and structural discomfort.

My skills have evolved over the years through continuous education and personal development. Driven by the love for my work, I am constantly integrating new skills to find the best solutions to improve my clients’ health.

I am particularly interested in pain science education and neuromuscular techniques. In a pursuit to understanding the role of the brain when in pain, I deliver an effective treatment using sensory inputs that re-igniting the ‘sensory’ map, allowing for accurate movements and allowing a pain free system towards an optimal healing process.

As an enthusiastic skier, climber, and paraglider. I have traveled widely developing my bodywork skills and knowledge along the way. I have regularly worked with a diverse range of clients and often alongside other professionals in various places in the world.

WHEN I'M NOT ROLFING YOU CAN FIND ME IN THE MOUNTAINS
