I am a bodyworker specialising in Rolfing® Structural Integration.

My career began in 1999 where I worked alongside Physiotherapists. However, I wanted to pursue a career towards what I thought to be a more holistic approach for the individual.

I am particularly interested in pain science education and neuromuscular research. In a pursuit of understanding the role of the brain when in pain, I deliver the most effective treatment using sensory inputs that re-igniting the ‘sensory’ map, allowing for accurate movements and an understanding of a pain free system for an optimal healing process.

As an enthusiastic skier, climber, and paraglider I have traveled widely developing my bodywork skills and knowledge along the way. I have combined my passion for sports, having regularly worked with a diverse range of clients and often alongside professional Rolfers, Acupuncturists, Nutritionists, Osteopaths and Physiotherapists in various places all over the world and now in Chamonix.

My work has evolved over years, through my own personal development and the love of my work I always sought out the most effective forms of bodywork. I am constantly integrating all the skills I have learnt to find the best solutions to improve my clients’ health.
